Due to our continued growth, Organized Living is looking for a Software Product Manager for our Bid360 product offering. The Software Product Manager will serve as the champion of the users and be the voice of the company with the development team and collaborating with clients and internal users to fully understand the client's needs are clearly being translated into a product feature. Other responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand target audience needs and competitor offerings.
  • Champion the product and communicate with all areas of the company.
  • Foster a spirit of collaboration with all members of the Product team.
  • Work within an Agile team environment.
  • Develop milestones for release, prioritize features, and coordinate timing with business-driven activities.
  • Help to identify and resolve project issues.
  • Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementation and turnover of the process for the system.
  • Be an information radiator. Manage expectations through frequent and clear communication.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a Product Manager role with an emphasis on usability and experience.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching prior products.
  • Reinforce decisions with data.  Where data does not exist, you have experience in setting up systems to collect.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Prior experience using Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding business functional areas.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
