EMSL Analytical Inc. Building Maintenance Associate I in Cinnaminson, New Jersey
EMSL is seeking a Building Maintenance Associate I in Cinnaminson, NJ. Ideal candidate would be someone that is flexible, can manage time well, and is handy with general maintenance duties. Candidate will be based in Cinnaminson, NJ but will be required to travel to any of our laboratories and properties located throughout North America.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Moving furniture and equipment, painting, cleaning, trash removal, and other tasks as needed.Driving company truck to and from properties.Participation in various maintenance and construction projects as part of a team including commercial, residential, and retail properties as directed.General ability to strip a rental unit when one tenant leaves and prepare the unit for a new tenant. This would typically include carpet & floor tile removal and replacement, patching, sanding and painting walls, replacing ceiling tiles and light bulbs. Lifting and removing furniture and equipment.Plumbing projects typically include disassembly and reassembly for toilets, vanities, and sinks.Landscaping local properties such as mowing lawns, trash removal, weed whacking, mulching and trimming bushes.Various indoor and outdoor projects.Travel to various locations from time to time, picking up equipment and furniture and or making repairs on-site.Requirements:High School Diploma or EquivalentMust have minimum of 2 years of experience related to general maintenance.General worker, mechanical knowledge, good with handsGood attitude personable.Some forklift experience is a plus, but not required.Must be able to travel within a 100 mile radius on occasion.Occasional lodging at other company locations may be required based on business needs.Must have general Construction knowledge and have own hand tools.Ability to multi-task.Must be able to lift minimum of 35 pounds.Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Background Check RequiredAvailable Shift:Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.For consideration all applicants must apply through our company website: https://phf.tbe.taleo.net/phf02/ats/careers/v2/viewRequisition?org=EMSL&cws=40&rid=4339EMSL offers full time benefits: medical, dental, 401(k), voluntary benefits, paid time off, holiday pay and a flexible spending accountTo find out more about EMSL Analytical, Inc. please visit our website at: www.emsl.comEOE including Veterans and Disabled
