What You Will Learn:

The GBSC Planner will be responsible for supporting the business by conducting analysis on supply risk to fuel decision making, as well as meeting with manufacturing partners and working cross functionally to achieve service level goals.

  • Will support in planning supply of cruising SKU’s, launches, and potentially non-saleable goods.

  • Will collaborate with Manufacturing, Product Development & Marketing to track timelines and retailer commitments. Will support with code creation of new launches as well as master data setup.

  • Will partner with GBSC head to make arbitration decisions in a constrained environment.

  • Will support in the coordination and management of weekly low stock meetings with multiple manufacturing sites to challenge timelines & productions that are not meeting business needs.

  • Use Microsoft Excel to analyze large data sets, create dashboards in PowerBI, and update existing weekly/monthly files for division. (Training in PowerBI will be provided).

  • Owner of multiple weekly/monthly reports.

  • Interfaces with cross-functional teams to improve service and improve supply.

    What We Are Looking For:

    Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have received a Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months OR must have graduated with a Master’s degree within the last 12 months with no gap more than 5 months in education history

  • Possess a 3.0 GPA or higher

  • Have excellent organizational skills, keen eye for attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Possess strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships with all levels of the organization

  • Have demonstrated use of analytical skills – both using tools (ex. Excel, Business Objects, etc.) and problem solving/critical thinking skills

  • Have the ability to synthesize information and create a clear synopsis of key issues

  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently

  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure, as well as independently.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internship experience preferred

  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, PowerBI a plus!
