Job Title Senior Manager Supply Chain Transformation Business Expert

Position Overview:

The Senior Manager Business Expert is a Fulfillment Center business process expert that supports the knowledge transfer transition from a Warehouse Management Solution Implementation to an Enterprise Resource Planning Implementation. He/She will provide business process expertise and support to ensure the good adoption of an already designed global core model.

What You Will Learn:

This role will provide you an opportunity to be part of the L’Oreal Supply Chain Transformation focused on modernizing our Supply Chain with a customer centric focus.

As the Sr Manager WMS Business Expert , you will support sites / divisions as they transition to the new ERP. You will be a solution expert for ODES, leveraging the Core and team of experts to:

  • Go through a Major Transformation program inside of the world largest beauty company

  • Opportunity to work across multiple business units and functions

  • Major project communication

  • Stakeholder management

  • Work with our NA network of fulfillment centers, business, operations, planning and IT and project teams

  • Develop tactical and strategic knowledge on an ERP/WMS integration

    Key Activities:

  • Acquire working knowledge of SAP S4 Hana Global Template and Manhattan Active WMS Global Template and APO Planning Tool

  • Active participation in analysis workshops to identify gaps between WMS and ERP (FIT sessions) Active participation in Design & Build sessions on how ERP will be built and integrated with WMS

  • Ensure alignment to Core S4 Hana (NEO) global template and work with support from Core/Central team for gaps

  • Review configuration, along with WMS consultant, to ensure WMS is properly connected to the ERP design

  • Present the new solution & the change to local teams

  • Provide knowledge to reporting and data team to help properly remediate existing reports

  • Support and participate in creation and execution of end-to-end testing

  • Defect resolution support during execution of user acceptance testing

  • Support the training of corporate and site personnel on WMS solution

  • On-site support and incident closure linked to remediation topics during go-live and hypercare of fulfillment centers

  • Identifying enhancement/improvement opportunities for WMS template to better support ERP integration

  • Communication between technical teams and business teams for understanding of program impacts on the business results

    What We Are Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field preferred

  • Business Profile (“Métier”) with extensive experience and knowledge of logistics, especially warehousing and planning

  • At least 7 years of related business experience

  • Full English proficiency mandatory

  • ERP, WMS and APO working knowledge

  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines

  • Ability to travel to DCs throughout the USA up to 35% of the time

  • Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Able to effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization, across multiple cultures/geographies

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently

  • Collaborative and effective at building consensus across the organization

  • Worked with multiple, cross-functional business area managers and stakeholders and influenced resolution of conflicting objectives

  • Resourceful and skilled at explaining and transferring knowledge

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Dynamic, energetic, p ragmatic, solution-driven mindset

  • Change management experience

    ** for Internal candidates - Preferred: Strong knowledge of L’Oréal USA organization, current SAP systems and processes
