Position Summary: Responsible for providing computer technological support to the agency by helping as it relates to the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, electronic mail, and operations.
A bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, or related field preferred with two years of experience preferred.
An associate degree in management information systems, computer science, or related field with four years of experience preferred.
• A +, Network +, and/or Security + preferred. • Capable of conducting research as necessary to resolve operational problems with system hardware and software. • Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards. • Effective communication (written/oral) supervisory, management, coaching, organizational and time management, leadership, people and result oriented, critical-thinking skills, and personal skills. • Familiar with mobile device management is a plus. • Proficient in training, observation, and properly completing documentation. • Current driver license.
