Robert Half Product Support Specialist in Clearwater, Florida
Description
We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to become a part of our team based in Clearwater, Florida. This position will earn quarterly bonuses along with base salary through employment tenture. This role is within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance sector. You'll get the opportunity to work with proprietary technology in support our client's portfolio of wellness suite products. Ideally, this candidate will have the potential to advance and move into a more advanced Lead type role. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Keeping customer credit records accurate and current
• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when necessary
• Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of product technology
• Utilizing communication skills to ensure effective and clear interactions with customers
Requirements
• Strong natural technical acumen to learn the tech flow of products and learn to troubleshoot over phone support requests
• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, demonstrating the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
• Experience with Dell Technologies, including their servers, storage, and networking products.
• Proficiency with the About Time software, demonstrating the ability to support and troubleshoot issues.
• Skilled in Backup Technologies, with the ability to implement and manage backup solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with colleagues, clients, and third-party vendors.
