Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Cloud Engineer in CLEVELAND, Ohio. This role will focus on the development, operation, and optimization of cloud product platforms in the EdTech SaaS industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing our architectural strategy and managing the operational aspects of our cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize cloud product platforms to deliver exceptional value to customers

• Execute architectural strategy for cloud platforms

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of cloud platforms

• Work with AB Testing, Automation, Configuration Management, and Continuous Integration (CI) for platform optimization

• Utilize Azure DevOps, Linux, Security Operation Center, Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, Docker, .NET Core, Ruby on Rails for platform development and operation

• Ensure the security and efficiency of the cloud platforms

• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud platforms

• Monitor and update cloud platforms to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest industry standards and technologies

• Provide technical guidance and support related to cloud platforms to other team members and stakeholders. Requirements • Demonstrable proficiency in AB Testing

• Hands-on experience with Automation tools and techniques

• Proficient in Configuration Management

• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) processes

• Proficient in Azure DevOps

• Experience with Linux operating systems

• Knowledge of Security Operation Center protocols

• Proficient in Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker for containerization

• Proficiency in .NET Core

• Experience with Ruby on Rails

• Good understanding of cloud computing concepts and principles

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud issues

• Ability to collaborate with a team and work independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
