TEKsystems Inside Sales Representative in Cleveland, Ohio
Description:
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Organize and coordinate sales visits and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
• Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Keep informed of market trends and industry developments.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote our products.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
Hours: Monday - Friday 7-3 or 8-4 (flexible as needed)
Onsite a few days and open to be remote/traveling a few days.

• Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
