The Salvation Army Intake Coordinator - Harbor Light Complex PASS Program in Cleveland, Ohio
Overview
Assist to coordinate daily program for clients including:alcohol and drug education, physical and mental assessment, and referrals. Coordinate the interviewing, assessment, and intake of program clients.
The rate of pay is $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the intake of eligible and appropriate clients into the program.
maintain networking and referral relationships with homeless service providers for collaboration, and attend relevant community meetings.
Assist with administrative duties.
Maintain small caseload.
Facilitate 1-2 client education groups on a weekly basis as needed.
Assist others when the workload permits, and other duties as assigned by supervisor or program manager.
Qualifications
Associates Degree is required. Bachelor's Degree and Chemical Dependency Licensure is preferred.
Must have some experience working with populations such as homeless, chemically dependent, and/or mentally ill is needed.
Must be able to use stairs, when necessary, for building evacuations, drills or during elevator maintenance.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. if necessary.
