Location: Euclid - 22801 - Cleveland, OH, United States (US) Employment Status: Salary Full-Time Function: Supply Management Pay Range: ($113,101.00 - $153,019.00) Target Bonus: 25.0% Req ID: 24823 PURPOSE: The Procurement Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of procurement projects. This includes identifying project requirements, developing effective implementation plans, managing internal and external relationships in support of project requirements, and ensuring we deliver against project objectives. The Procurement Project Manager will support the development of an effective procurement framework that includes the deployment of our global policies, procedures, processes and tools, our global training and development program and effective communication and engagement strategies. The Procurement Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all procurement projects are aligned with objectives and deliver against agreed timescales and budgets. JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES) * Develop and implement appropriate strategies that support our overall procurement excellence objectives. * Effectively manage assigned projects from inception to completion. * Carry out thorough risk analysis to ensure all projects can be delivered in accordance with agreed objectives and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are in place. * Support the development and implementation of all group procurement policies, procedures, processes and tools. * Support the creation and implementation of all training and development strategies within our Procurement Team. * Support development and deployment of our global communication and engagement strategies. * Monitor project progress and report on project status to stakeholders. * Manage project budgets and ensure that procurement projects are delivered within budget. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement projects are aligned with business objectives. * Will work with our Global Procurement teams to ensure we have effective processes and tools in place to effectively manage and optimize supplier invoicing and payment. * Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and promote across the team as appropriate. * Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.
