Job Title: Quality ManagerJob Description
Lead a team of Quality Engineers, Quality Inspectors, and Technicians to oversee Quality Planning & Control activities for new and current product service offerings. This includes Process Review, Inspection, Quality Control, Auditing, Testing, and Data Review for DOD/Commercial products. Facilitate cross-functional coordination with R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Production, and Purchasing to support quality interactions. Oversee the Corrective Action process, provide project support for Testing requirements, assist in implementing Inspection and FAT plans, and develop test methods to enhance process effectiveness. Conduct internal audits, support Quality/Engineering PFMEA requirements, lead Quality training, and handle customer-specific requests. Travel 10-20% may be required to support business or projects.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Cleveland, Ohio.
Work Environment
Mainly working in a quality lab attached to the warehouse, focusing heavily on ballistic testing. Responsibilities include firing bullets at helmets and documenting the results in a firing range located in the basement. The lab is currently being moved to another building.
