Retail Sales associate-OMJ|CC Ohio Means Jobs Cleveland-Cuyahoga County is sourcing for a Part time Retail Sales Associate for an employer in the Cleveland area. This position will need to be flexible with working nights, weekends, and days. Objective: Seasonal retail sales associate position available for carrying out the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue and creating the ultimate shopping experience for fans. General Duties: Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience enjoyable, make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans. Help with a brand connection, maintain sales floor and stockroom with an eye for detail. Process sales transaction via the POS system. Maintain highest levels of professionalism and customer service, perform additional responsibilities as directed by the management team. Education, experience and requirements: Minimum 18 years of age, high school graduate or equivalent, past experience working in retail or sales preferred, ability to work independently and responsibility in a fast-paced environment, be ablet o work extended hours on game days and during events, foreign language skills a plus. Job knowledge, skills, abilities: Possess a fun professional demeanor, ability to build product knowledge and work as a team member servicing a diverse fan base, maintain high standards of organization and cleanness, ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude, strong verbal communication skills. Physical demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed, must be able to lift and carry 30lbs, game day scheduling may have exposure to various weather elements if assigned location is outside of the shop.
