The location of this assignment will be located either in Washington or Texas. Job Functions and Responsibilities: Manage and control the deliverables from all relevant stakeholders within PACCAR (e.g. Powertrain Product Development, AfterSales, ITD, Operations, etc.) across all PACCAR divisions and suppliers. Deliver assigned programs on time, on budget, while meeting program objectives. Develop, track and manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk. Effectively communicate up, down, and across the organization, including to Senior Management, escalating issues as needed. Maintain assigned programs in the appropriate tollgate phase. Write business plans and obtain approval. Manage successful production implementation. Contribute to department-wide continuous improvement activities. Travel up to 20% of the time. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience successfully managing stage-gate projects within matrixed organizations spanning multiple locations and countries, preference for projects that have significant software content and/or electrified components. Technical aptitude and ability to succinctly and clearly communicate complicated topics; strong written and verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to: Develop and deliver effective presentations, including those for senior management influence without direct authority manage multiple tasks, take initiative, be a strong team player and a problem-solver perform in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and manage multiple priorities. Preferred experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, and Data Visualization Software Six Sigma training Commercial truck product knowledge, especially Zero Emissions vehicles Working with or in production environments Bachelor's degree required.MS/MBA degree preferred PMP or PgMP certification preferred. Minimum 7years experience with increasing responsibility in project development or related functions with demonstrated leadership success required.
