K2United is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Order Processing and Support Technician. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient handling of purchase orders, quotes, and invoices while providing exceptional Tier 1 support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at processing financial transactions, managing customer accounts, and assisting with departmental audits.

Your qualifications include:

  • Previous customer service-related training and work experience
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of web browsers and email clients
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical clients
  • Maintains customer relationship and exception documentation.
  • Good organizational skills, team player, and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to obtain Federal Security clearances to handle security-sensitive information

Your Impact:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and post-sales support to ensure world-class customer satisfaction.
  • Works directly with clients, customers, partners and internal departments via telephone, chat, and e-mail to log, track, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Trains customers and peers on the use and support of company products.
  • Communicates and resolves customer support issues in a timely manner.
  • Investigates users problems and develop solutions to complex situations.
  • Communicate all comments and suggestions from user to the product development team.

Requirements

  • Previous work experience providing software and/or Internet tech support by phone
  • Previous call center experience

Education:High School Diploma or GED

Security Clearances:Ability to obtain a Department of Education, FEMA, or TSA clearance

Work Environment:This job will operate in a well-lit and temperature-controlled office environment. In this role, there will be standard office equipment such as phones, computers, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. A designated room and desk setup will be needed.
