Position Summary:

Based in Maldives, the candidate is responsible to generate new opportunities and avenues for business and execute strategies in line with the business for exploring untapped potential of Out-Of-Home (OOH) channels with the objective of providing incremental sales/ market share to the business by driving all Route to Market (RTM) programs in Maldives. Focus and drive the growth of main SKUs of Nescafé, Milo, Nestlé Ice Cream and Maggi culinary products.

A day in the life of the role:

  • Build and uphold sound relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the culinary industry to ensure product availability and carry out activations and sponsorships in a timely and effective manner.

  • Develop and manage best practices to smoothen distributor operations and ensure timely supply of stocks.

  • Effective development of brand loyalty by implementing marketing strategies and liaising with marketing agencies to devise digital campaigns in line brand guidelines.

  • Liaise with potentials clients/ customers in the HORECA channels and purchasing teams of hotels/ restaurants to convert and enhance existing relationships.

  • Overlook distributor payments in order to meet monthly commitments in collections.

  • Gather consumer insights and explore new opportunities in the OOH market for demand growth.

  • Analyze new means of strategies to counter competitive and parallel products in the market.

What will make you successful?

  • Education: A degree in Marketing or Business Management

  • Expected experience: Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in the areas of Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Distributor or Retail Operations in a FMCG/ MNC

  • Language skills : Fluency in English

  • Other skills : Possess excellent communication skills, ability to network and positively influence business, have good stakeholder management, adaptability, initiative and problem-solving skills
