Apogee is known for an unwavering dedication to our client's success, a warm and employee-centric work environment, and an enthusiasm to provide the right solution at the right What you'll be doing: Collaborate with Apogee communications department and leadership to successfully implement internal and external marketing, communications, and engagement activities. Support external communications content creation for social media, press releases, website, bi-monthly employee newsletter, and print materials. Assist in the creation of content for Apogee's bi-monthly employee newsletter. Support the maintenance and development of the Apogee website and any associated joint venture websites. Implement activities for internal employee engagement in charitable activities, campaigns, and events. Collaborate with employees to ensure company leadership maintains an understanding of the communication needs of front-line leaders. Support the selection of future communication tools and methodologies to assist with the deployment of marketing and communications objectives. Research and create campaigns for internal/external communications projects. Champion Apogee's culture to ensure positive and family-like engagement for all employees Minimum Experience Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Education: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 9+ years' experience of consistent employment working in a marketing or communications department in a business/corporate environment. 9+ years' experience developing content for products or services. 9+ years' experience in a business environment for social media management including Facebook, Facebook Workplace, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience developing print, website, and social-media-friendly graphics/visuals. Intermediate to Expert level experience with the following applications in a business environment: Adobe Creative Suite (specifically, Photoshop & Illustrator), Canva, WordPress, and Social Media management and scheduling applications. Preferred Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications Years of Experience: 5+ years' experience of consistent employment working in a marketing or communications department in a business/corporate environment. Previous agency experience is a plus. Intermediate-level experience developing videos is preferred. Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this position is $65,000 to $95,000 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market location.
