First Shift (7-4), Monday to Friday
What You'll Do:
Customer Service Support: Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
Your Skills and Responsibilities:
Experience: Ideally, 2-5 years in a similar role. Proficiency with Excel.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, or an associate's degree. Bonus points for relevant certifications.
Problem Solving: Navigate pre-sales or post-sales tasks with finesse. Your skills will shine as you tackle challenges and find solutions.
Independence: Show your professionalism and expertise. Work independently with minimal supervision.
On-Site: in beautiful Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities
THIS JOB IS ONSITE IN COLORADO SPRINGS, CO.
Customer Service Excellence: Your primary goal will be delivering top-notch customer service. This includes efficiently processing orders, clear communication, and collaborating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
First Point of Contact: You'll be the initial point of contact for general inquiries from customers. Whether it's about pricing, products, scheduling, or anything else, you'll be the expert who provides the answers.
Client Relationships: Building and maintaining positive business relationships with our clients is crucial. Your prompt and accurate service will foster customer loyalty.
