You Are :

Concentric, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Group Integrated Producer who will represent the agency and deliver projects on time, on specification, and on budget. You must demonstrate a good understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology, and the flexibility to lead a diverse and dynamic team to deliver balanced integrated solutions. You are everyone’s point person for the projects, and relied upon across departments on what to expect, what to do next, and where to be.

The Work:

· Oversee one or more brand within a portfolio while delegating day-to-day work to direct reports

· Manage multiple large-scale projects with support from junior IPs

· Propose appropriate project approach and deliverables based on budget, timing restrictions and business goals

· Proactively flag potential issues in project plans and educate team on how to resolve

· Be ready and willing to step in to help course correct as needed during critical phases (e.g., scoping/planning, discovery, etc.)

· Develop accurate project planning assets (e.g., timelines, budgets, and scopes of work); partner with Account Supervisor to gather all information required to develop project planning assets; oversee production of project planning assets by direct report(s) before approving for internal team review

· Seek out opportunities for knowledge sharing by proactively connecting with other Group Integrated Producers on other portfolios

· Interact with leadership on a regular basis; be prepared to provide accurate and high-level responses to queries about utilization, forecasted work, major roadblocks, etc.

· Maintain a successful partnership with Account by adhering to the agency RACI

· Maintain solid relationships with other departments and be respectful of the contributions that they make in the project lifecycle; continuously partner with department leads on improving inter-departmental working relationships

· Proactively identify opportunities to increase process efficiency; engage appropriate agency stakeholders to validate changes before operationalizing

· Provide day-to-day support for the internal team by coordinating meetings, disseminate recaps outlining plan/next steps and action items following internal meetings; maintain internal hot sheets

· Ensure you and your direct reports are involving appropriate team resources at each step in the process

· Interpret scopes created by another IP and/or pull together scopes for large projects without oversight

· Participate in (or delegate management of) internal (and client, if applicable) budget meetings, confidently speaking to issues and concerns as they arise and offer options for resolution; speak up to enforce time transfer rules when needed

· Take a leadership role in brand planning and scoping exercises (i.e., annual tactical planning, scope development, etc.)

· Provide context around project overburn during internal finance meetings

· Review actual hours and take appropriate action for any billed time that looks amiss; evaluate actual hours against original staff plan AND project % complete to quickly determine project health

· Gather information needed to educate internal team on outcomes to expect from change requests, including changes to scope, schedule or cost

· Develop staff plans and estimates

· Oversee (review and approve) development of all budgets developed by direct reports in advance of routing through the greater team for review

Here’s what you’ll need:

· 7+ years of experience in project management or integrated production experience in an advertising agency or similar environment preferred

· 5 + years of internal team management, scoping and budget management and resource management experience preferred

· 5+ years In-depth understanding of traditional and digital marketing and advertising processes and methods as well as project management techniques

· 5+ years knowledge of production and the creative development process, experience design, technology (web & app development), QA testing and marketing methodologies

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
