TEKsystems Jr. Business Analyst in Columbus, Ohio

Pay: $22.00-26.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid: in office 3 days / remote 2 days
Office located is Westerville, OH (MUST be located in the Columbus, OH area)
Job Description:
These individuals will be supporting the banking areas of Escrow, Investor Reporting, Mortgage Insurance, and New Loan Set Up
Assist the leaders of these groups with special projects, tasks, and process improvements
Research problems and take appropriate action to correct
Tests and implements business processes and system modifications
May develop and provides user training for new and existing application, products and procedures
Develops and updates documentation to support policies and procedures
Act as a liaison between vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas
Qualifications:
3+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience (Escrow, Investor Reporting, Mortgage Insurance, Set Up, etc.)
Located in Columbus, OH and able to work in office 3 days/week
Excellent problem solving skills
Process improvement/reporting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to run and conduct reporting)
High school diploma or equivalent
