As the PeopleSoft Financials Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation, operation, and maintenance of our PeopleSoft Financials system. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership to the Finance team in all aspects of PeopleSoft Financials, including configuration, customization, training, and support. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that PeopleSoft Financials is aligned with our business needs and objectives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the PeopleSoft Financials team in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements

  • Manage Financials Development Team Staff

  • Backup HCM Lead Position

  • Provide expert level support to the Finance team on all PeopleSoft Financials issues, both Functional and Technical

  • Conduct training and documentation for PeopleSoft Financials users

  • Work with other departments to integrate PeopleSoft Financials with other enterprise systems

  • Stay up to date on the latest PeopleSoft Financials releases and trends

  • Provide recommendations to the client and business regarding client s overall Roadmap

  • Liase with the client s service assurance team as required to work with the key business stakeholders, and in some cases work directly with the business stakeholders

  • Engage with vendors where necessary for support and understanding where continuous improvement can be made

  • Help with Organizational Change Management efforts as it is required for special projects like PUM and PeopleTools Upgrades

  • Work with operational team to troubleshoot complex issues related to HCM to Financials integration, Financials to BI integration, and other integrations

  • Work with Batch Team to decide how to deal with critical batch job failures.

  • Participate and support other future projects, as directed by project leadership

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials, with a focus on the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets modules

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing PeopleSoft Financials projects

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
