Job Profile Summary
As a Product group Manager, you will drive the design and launch of the Payments Developer Portal. The Payments Developer Portal connects developers to our products and becomes a critical tool to influence technical buyers with a frictionless developer experiences. Product Group Manager develops and implements the strategic direction for Huntington’s’ payments Developer portal & technical Docs
This position partners with Payment product teams (like ACH, Merchant, RPT) as well as Digital & IT Delivery teams drive our roadmap and delivery of Developer portal & docs.
Job Description
The Product Group Manager develops and implements the strategic direction for Huntington’s’ payments Developer portal & API Sandbox
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drives market benchmarking and Voice-of-customer to define product roadmap
Manage the developer content aimed at technical buyers – including API docs and catalog, guides, sample codes, postman collections
Design & implement dev sandbox with testing data
Design & implement onboarding experience including API keys management and overall uptime
Works with marketing, Tech writers, Digital and IT teams to build and execute
Drive the creation of roadmap, requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Build a community of developers
Manages product group P&L including support business case for new investments
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant Payments experience with FinTech or Banks
At least 3+ years of experience in designing/managing Developer portal and related content as well as sandbox
UX Design experience with ability to either write technical content or oversee technical writers
You are passionate about API design, the developer ecosystem and overall developer experience
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree
Expertise in ensuring API security and authentication mechanisms
Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly; Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation
Experience in project planning & management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Exceptional analytical abilities, critical thinking, and creative problem solving
Proven written and oral communication skills including senior leadership presentation
Experience using Agile methods for custom hardware or embedded software development

Compensation Range:
$130,000 - $150,000 Annual Draw (reconciled against earned incentive compensation)
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
