The CMM HR team is looking for a Sr. Manager, CMM HR Programs to play a vital role in driving critical HR programs across CoverMyMeds. This role is responsible for leading programs that enable CMM People Leaders to drive results and execute the CMM strategy through Talent and Performance mindset disciplines and activation of spotlight behaviors. This role drives the CMM listening strategy that provides key success metrics for how the above actions are influencing a culture of care, meaning and belonging. The ideal candidate will have strong working experience in Human Resources, demonstrated ability to lead through change, possess strong business acumen, and demonstrate proven project/program management leadership. What You'll Do As a Sr. Manager, CMM HR Programs your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here's a snapshot of what to expect: Develop Direct Reports: Support the growth of direct reports by offering guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations in alignment with the objectives of the programs they oversee. Develop CMM HR programs based upon Listening Strategy: Develop and implement robust HR programs by incorporating insights about CMM employee sentiment. Employ diverse listening channels (EOS, MQS, Pulse, Exit interviews) to compile a clear narrative of employee feedback, enabling the formulation of well-informed recommendations and action plans. Lead Cultivate Growth Program: Cultivate Growth seeks to empower our people leaders and enhance employee engagement through focused initiatives and developmental opportunities. Annually identify the areas of focus for CMM and develop and drive the strategy for this work. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to curate learning experiences to accelerate development of critical people leader capabilities. Lead CoverMyQuest Program: CoverMyQuest enables employees to pursue their dreams and passions by offering them the opportunity to win $5,000. Develop the strategic vision and oversee the implementation of the program over a 6-month period, working closely with a diverse network of stakeholders. Drive CMM Inclusion and Belonging Programs: Align and collaborate with GIO partners to create and maintain an inclusive cultural experience where CMM employees feel a true sense of belonging. Ensure CMM is educated on DEI focused tools, insights and development programs, and best practices. Oversee CMM New Hire Employee Experience: Provide thoughtleadership for crucial initiatives, such as CMM New Hire Orientation, thatcontribute to creating a differentiated new hireexperience throughoutCoverMyMeds. Execute Core Strengths Strategy: Execute the strategic implementation of Core Strengths across CoverMyMeds, while also facilitating team sessions to foster a common language and enhance relational intelligence. Skills You'll Need Degree or equivalent experience. Requires 8+ years of HR professional experience and 2+ years of supervisory and/or management experience. Stakeholder Management - Ensure that CoverMyMeds and McKesson partners understand program status, needs and requirements as applicable.
