The Sr. Manager, Community Impact Business Initiatives- CoverMyMeds (CMM) is primarily responsible for developing and executing a strategy of impact which ties the community and business needs together, using rigor and data to determine optimal activations which support employees, communities and business priorities with the goals to advance health outcomes for all focused on building trust and closing care gaps. Candidate should have healthcare experience- specifically health equity implementation and/or healthcare clinical setting experience, worked in a large organization and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Ability to understand business strategic needs and translating that into relevant events, activations and engagement to drive measurable outcomes.You will need the ability to work across the CoverMyMeds segment, quickly understand the needs of the business, our customers and communities and design innovative solutions which advance health equity. CoverMyMeds Impact Work with the Impact Innovation & Activation team but be embedded in the CMM business attending their meetings, conferences and events. This will require additional effort to build relationships across CMM, coordinate efforts across the segment and ensure alignment with enterprise goals and objectives. Understand P&L and key strategic growth drivers and customer priorities to determine new offerings, solutions and health equity value drivers to advance business and patient priorities Manage and execute on key business investment priorities including large contracts, school programmatic relationships and key partners Develop employee community engagement programs that drive employee community engagement and support overall business and corporate impact objectives. Design and implement activations such as health fairs, vaccine events, literacy and education support activations, kit building and more which bring together the business, community and company needs Maintain a high awareness of corporate impact issues. Benchmark competition and industry best practices. Develop rigorous tracking metrics to measure the impact and efficiency of programs and processes and be able to extrapolate those to financial and operational outcomes Ensure progress toward achieving strategic objectives. Operations and Team Management Design, implement, and manage all aspects of CMMs all-employee events with high engagement Role's purpose is to drive value to CMM customers, business strategies and needs as well as make a measurable impact on targeted communities Use of data driven insights and business needs to determine strategic activations across both the clinical and non clinical settings of CMM Responsible for increasing engagement % across the segment in key activities for employees, patients, community members KPIs include # of participants in events, follow up and through with key partners to determine closing care gap metrics and % increase improvement in those metrics Develop and deploy # activations across the segment during the year that involve customers, patients, communities and employees Work with clinical segments and other data points to develop cohesive impact strategy to advance value based care metri
