Job Purpose
The Warehouse Data Entry Clerk will be responsible ensuring the accuracy, and the data related to the warehouse operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain inventory data in the warehouse management system.
- Perform data entry tasks associated with receiving, shipping, and managing inventory processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of incoming and outgoing shipments, including verification of quantity and condition.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to reconcile inventory discrepancies and resolve data entry errors.
- Analyze data to support inventory control and generate reports as required.
- Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory activities to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.
- Communicate with different departments to process their requests to take products from the inventory and record the transaction into the system.
- Provide administrative tasks and additional support to warehouse operations as needed.
Compensation Range: $21 to $24 per hour.
Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent. Associate degree preferred.
- 1+ years of data entry experience in data entry, preferably in a warehouse or manufacture environment
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse loading dock environment.
- Ability to sit, bend reach and stand for long periods of time; lift and move up to 25 lbs.
