Aerotek Quality Control Inspector in Congers, New York

Overnight shift available. 6pm-630am. Monday-Thursday ($25.30-$28.80/hr). MUST be open to 12 hour shifts in a clean room GMP environment. Consistent OT available paying time & a half. Room for growth; long-term career opportunity.

Job Description:

  • Quality Control Technician performs testing on products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and customer specifications.

  • Responsible for documenting and communicating nonconformities to supervision.

  • All Quality specifications, work instructions, as well as actions that support team work, safety, efficiency and cGMP adherence are to be followed.

  • Perform incoming inspection and disposition of components.

  • Participate in equipment qualification and validation, maintain and archive Quality documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented and rigorous.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills; strong proficiency in Math.

  • Basic proficiency utilizing MS Word and MS Excel.

  • High School Diploma

  • 1 year of QC Experience required; ideally in similar work environment.
