Hours: 2:15 pm - 11:45 pm, Monday Thursday, 2:15 pm - 6:15 pm, Friday Benefits of the MIG / TIG / structural welder: Union position with scheduled raises Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Critical Illness Insurance available 401K with employer match Room for advancement Company parties Overtime available 3 weeks of PTO in the first year 3 wage reviews within the first year of employment Scheduled raises Stable shop with long-term customers Duties of the MIG / TIG / structural welder: Perform MIG / TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum Grind and dress welds appropriately Read and interpret blueprints accurately Requirements of the MIG / TIG / structural welder: Minimum 2 years of experience in the field or applicable schooling AWS D1.1 Certification Proficiency in shop math Pass a drug test and background check Steel-toed boots required Additional information: Apply today!
