Job Description

We are looking for a Delivery Director to help supercharge Digital Security. The successful candidate will be based out of our Copenhagen Digital Hub. You’ll spend your time leading by example, and using your expertise and passion to help others see and do things differently.

Core Responsibilities

As a member of the digital security leadership team, contribute to driving the global cybersecurity strategy of the LEGO Group by leading Digital Security Programs and Service Delivery functions and activities. You will be a people leader to help build and enhance capabilities, and manage the team, with responsibilities including hiring, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, performance management, rewards, and career development. Lead all aspects of the Digital Security delivery process across sub-domains, ensuring that priorities are aligned and resourced, dependencies are managed, and value is created for the LEGO Group. Lead the operational implementation and success of the cybersecurity program across the organization, ensuring a user-centered design approach to build, launch, and scale digital security solutions, thereby enhancing the digital security experience throughout the LEGO Group.

Digital Security is the centre of expertise on all matters of cybersecurity, setting policy, driving awareness and capability, and providing essential security services to keep the company, it’s information, systems and people safe from cyber attack.

Do you have what it takes?

You have a background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, an MBA, or equivalent practical experience, with extensive experience managing large-scale and complex initiatives across multi-functional teams.

You have demonstrated the capability to drive cultural and organizational change and have a passion for creating customer and business value. You are familiar with working in an agile environment and possess excellent people skills, coupled with direct or indirect leadership experience.
