Precision Human Resource Solutions, Inc Full-time Bus/Van Aide: Cornell and Moon Area School Districts in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania
Precision HR Solutions is partnered with the Cornell and Moon Area School Districts and currently searching for a "Full-time Bus/Van Aide" to assist special education students and travel with them to and from school. This candidate will be responsible for securing students' wheelchairs for travel and accompany students to and from The School at McGuire Memorial in New Brighton, PA. Safety training will be provided to endure this candidate secures the wheelchairs properly. This position is needed through the end of the school year, the summer learning programs and, more than likely, for the 2024-2025 school year.
Schedule: candidate will report to the bus garage in Coraopolis, PA by 7:40am. Van leaves the bus garage @ 7:45am, picks up and transports students to The School at McQuire Memorial and returns to the bus garage around 10:15am. The afternoon run leaves the bus garage at 1:30pm and returns around 4:10pm. The time between the two runs will be spent at Cornell Elementary assisting as a paraprofessional or as a monitor in the cafeteria.
*Pay Rate: *$14.70/hr
(Paraprofessionals' Duties/Responsibilities:)
- Assist in the reinforcement of previous instruction or to reinforce the implementation of an existing behavior plan for students as directed
- Assist with the development and implementation of collaborative practices to help support services for students as needed and required
- Assist student(s) with activities of daily living.

- PA Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI fingerprints through the Dept. of Education
- Act 126 Clearance (online Mandated Reporter training)
- Arrest/Conviction Record form (Act 24) and Act 168 clearance (Precision will provide these forms for the candidates to complete)
- Pre-employment physical and TB test required (neither should be more than 1 year old)

Additional Requirements:
- It is preferred candidates have some experience (at least 1- 3 months) working with children in grades PK-12.
- All interested candidates must have either a high school diploma or GED.
