Logitech B2B Finance Manager - Europe in Cork, Ireland

The purpose of this job is to help Regional B2B and Product Category teams to drive profitable business growth through finance leadership. Key objective is to enable Europe B2B operations and partner closely with the Regional Lead Team to jointly support markets and regional business decisions with data driven analytics and insight. This is a key role in facilitating global strategies to be implemented across Europe with excellence and in the best interests of the company.

The primary business partners are the B2B Lead Team, Cluster Leads, Head of Finance. From a functional side, there are frequent interactions with the market Finance Managers, Business Operations and Global Finance. From a commercial standpoint, you will work on financial strategies and provide guidance in line with the realities of the rapidly evolving consumer electronics industry and partners landscape.

  • Partner with B2B Regional and local teams in making financially sound decisions and driving profitable business growth

  • Own B2B/ Category P&L by planning, managing pricing, supervising budgets, continuously reviewing business progress

  • Facilitate annual planning process through preparation of financial guidelines, analysis and risk assessment

  • Own and develop pricing guidance in line with the Product/Channel strategy and facilitate Promo exception approvals

  • Provide thoughtful advice on Products performance with data-based analytics, investment optimization

  • Engage in the evaluation of Business KPIs, activity pipeline, channel inventory, partner mix, financial reserves

Your Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Solid FP&A experience in international B2B environment, like Electronics or PC industry

  • Expert XL user, familiar with ESSbase and Oracle

  • Self-motivated and agile in embracing fast changing business context

  • Capable to prioritize and bring structure while enabling pace and controls

  • Used to working in a matrix organization and multicultural environment

  • At ease in communication with management

  • Fluent in English
