Minimum/Required Qualifications Earned Master\'s degree (MS/MA/MEd) or professional degree in higher education administration, counseling, student affairs, or a related field. Five years of experience in academic advising in a higher education setting, with demonstrated progression of experience. Three years of supervisory experience of full-time staff. Strong commitment to education and academic support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Evidence of commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders and to build strong rapport with university colleagues within and outside the advising community. Experience leading initiatives.
