Job Title: Welder
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Welder, where you will be responsible for setting up and operating a MIG welder to manufacture a variety of products. Given the nature of a job shop, the projects you work on will vary, ensuring diverse and engaging work. You will have the opportunity to work on both batch and production welding due to our repeat business. Your responsibilities will include following work orders and blueprints, MIG welding products together, performing quality checks, grinding welds, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.

This is a fully on-site position in Courtland, Minnesota.
Work Environment
Our manufacturing facility is spacious and divided into two separate buildings. One building handles repeat business, while the other focuses on more project-based work.
