MOFFAT COUNTY SELF SUFFICIENCY CASE MANAGER in CRAIG, Colorado
POSTION: Self Sufficiency Case Manager.
DUTIES: Performs a variety of beginning to moderately difficult functions associated with eligibility determination, case management and child support establishment/enforcement, including: interviewing; gathering financial data; explaining rules and regulations of various assistance programs; determining eligibility and benefits; initiating cases; maintaining and updating case information; and performing other functions to assist clients in attaining self-sufficiency, and all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED, and two years of progressively responsible related experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must have valid Colorado driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test. Must be a minimum age of 18 for insurance purposes. Qualified applicants are required to take a written test.
WAGE: $18.40 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience, will be discussed at interview.
SHIFTS: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm 40 hours per week.
JOB SITE: Craig Colorado.
