DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Enablement & Training Specialist is responsible for collaboration between sales and marketing to drive sales revenue enablement, training, and to help manage the modern sales tool ecosystem. This role helps with sales readiness, including training for the sale and service of products and processes on a regional or global basis, the training of new hires and channel partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Creates content that intelligently delivers an understanding of the unique needs of each audience and marries it to solid core business practices, processes, efficiencies, and product expertise. * Plans, develops and implements strategy for client and consultant training and development. Establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring progress. * Liaises with functional/departmental managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development, objectives, purposes and achievements. * Partners with Marketing Communications and Product Management for the development of marketing collaterals and market specific needs, creative development and platform development. * Maintains awareness and knowledge of contemporary staff training, development theory and methods, and provide suitable interpretation to Directors, Managers and staff within the organization. * Produces scalable and evolving sales strategy, plans and presentations to meet training and development needs. Manages training delivery, measurement and follow-up as necessary. * Designs training courses and programs necessary to meet virtually all training needs for internal teams and the company's distribution network as appropriate. * Plans and delivers training courses personally where necessary to augment any training that's provided externally or internally by others. * Drives enablement efforts using sales tools, data-driven process management, analytics, document processes and KPIs to improve efficiency. * Follows up with consultants and with one-on-one coaching. * Provides field administration and product knowledge and training to newly promoted representatives; includes development of online customer training platform. * Develops and implements plans for training and establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring progress. * Develops and drives content to educate sales team and advance deals. * Creates and drives improvement initiatives focused on sales readiness, efficiency and sales cycle, customer journey. * Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's Degree in related field * 2+ years progressive experience in a sales enablement and/or revenue enablement role; 1+ years of sales training experience * Routine travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required. * High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications, Salesforce or similar CRM, content management platform (CMS), Agile experience is preferred but not required * Strong analytical and strategic skills, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning). * Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts. * Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients. * Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment. * Ability to work with and influence peers and management. * Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting. * Experience with direct, channel, strategic sales channels.
