Actalent Construction Project Manager in CRANBURY, New Jersey
Description:
MUST HAVES:
5-12 years construction project management experience
Understanding of MEP systems for commercial construction projects
complex commercial construction experience - Pharma Preferred but other types could be hospital, manufacturing, medical, cold storage
QUALIFICATIONS:
Understanding of engineer/construction/management concepts
Ability to utilize technical programs such as Pro-Log, Microsoft Office.
Effective communication skills, leadership capabilities, understanding and carrying out direction from those above.
Career minded individual who is interested in growing as a construction manager
This person will be responsible for taking on small phases of construction for Life Science projects in accordance with the Project Management positions
They'll need to be able to learn the process for implementing a scope of work based on the scheduling and timeline of a specific project.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in related field preferred.
10+ years of construction experience.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, Pro-Log or related software- They use SAGE 300
Ability to read and understand construction documents.
Must be able to communicate with clients and present
