job summary:
An Operations Startup Leader is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Crete, NE area. This role involves leading operational aspects of capital projects, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, developing and implementing plans for start-up activities, ensuring safety and efficiency, and facilitating a smooth transition to operations.

responsibilities:
Support End-to-End Manager with coaching, scope development, risk management, and identifying key milestones.
Facilitate key project workshops and co-facilitate Scope Alignment.
Lead identification of operational requirements and develop success criteria.
Provide input to and track operational budget and deliverables in project schedule.
Develop ramp-up/start-up plans and coordinate operational preparation activities.
Plan, prepare, and coordinate pre-commissioning/commissioning, qualification, and start-up activities.
Develop functional testing procedures and lead Commissioning/Qualification execution & reporting.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of change management, business analysis, and project management experience or
Associate's degree with 5+ years of project management, change management, and/or business analysis experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification.
1+ years' experience in early management, operations, and/or a startup environment.
