Responsibilities:
Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
Cook food items using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods according to specified recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
Qualifications:
Willingness to work varied shifts.
Previous Line Cook experience.
Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
Ability to work as a team member.
Ability to follow directions and instructions.
Ability to stand and work for the full shift.
Commitment to the assignment.
Schedule : 11:30am-7:30pm, days worked vary, including weekends.
Pay : $ 16.00/hr.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
