JOB REQUIREMENTS: Receive training through direct supervision or area personnel regarding machine deburring techniques. Primarily use a speed lathe to remove sharp edges and burrs on a wide variety of small, precise, and expensive parts. Attention to detail and continual focus on critical to quality (CTQ) part features is a success factor in this role. Gaining part knowledge and finishing techniques over time will allow for the ability to perform all tasks with minimal supervision. Focus on Safety, Quality, and Productivity for all assignments is a must.
