YOUR ROLE
Design the overall data strategy & architecture for Hair Professional North America.
Develop database solutions to store and retrieve company information.
Design models of data processing that implement the intended business model.
Install and configure information systems to ensure functionality.
Analyze structural requirements for new software and applications.
Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions.
Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts.
Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements.
Optimize new and current database/warehouse systems.
Define security and backup procedures.
Work with high level data management systems & tools.
Ensures data privacy and security.
YOUR SKILLS
BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
4-6 years' work experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role.
In-depth understanding of database and warehouse structure principles.
Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.
Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.
Proven analytical skills.
Expertise in MS Azure (or any other cloud computing platform) and SQL, proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, D3.js and R).
Team player with strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate idea and problem-solving attitude.
Proven experience working with teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum framework preferred.
The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $115,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
