Job Description
Join our dedicated team in a family-owned business that is a leading supplier of spices and botanicals to the food and dietary supplement industry.
This role involves milling, warehousing, and farming tasks. You will work in a dynamic environment, either independently or within a small team.
Responsibilities include lifting heavy items, adhering to safety protocols by wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE), and performing tasks in a farm-like setting.
Will be using PPE (protective and sanitation gear)

Work Site and Environment
This is a fully on-site position in Culver, Oregon.
Small farm setting divided into three main areas: milling, warehousing, and main office/quality control.
The role requires comfort with botanical smells, powdered materials, and wearing PPE.
Typical working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, which can extend up to 5:30 PM depending on overtime needs.
Currently, the team averages about 50 hours per week, translating to an approximate hourly rate of $20.35.
Staff are expected to adhere to strict no food or jewelry policies due to food safety protocols.
