TEKsystems Operations Support Coordinator in Cupertino, California
Description:
The Supplier Ops Support role is an individual who is familiar with Mac products and capable of regularly analyzing and troubleshooting issues. Can offer solutions related to processes, documentation, internal tools, software and hardware issues to quickly get users up and running again. The person will also help with onboarding needs, hardware audits, supplier KPI tracking and internal space planning needs.
Responsibilities:
Create/Maintain/Update Localization labs related documentation
Check reference documentation and trigger updates as needed
Check accuracy of Resources Records
Create/manage tasks in an internal tracking system
Co-host/Participate in team meetings related with management
Oversee tryout and review process and help treat Tryouts and Onboarding data
Assist on the onboarding/training of new testers
Identify training needs
Set up and distribute equipment to new testers
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Update testing devices and machines
Escalate equipment needs to Managers
Perform inventory audits
Reply/manage/resolve/distribute tickets
Space/seats management
Track Timeliness KPI’s for vendors
Process lab vendor KPI arbitrations
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Able to identify the origin of a complex technical issue and understand what is required to correct it
Comfort with change and ambiguous information
Experience tracking data and creating productivity reports
Python scripting is a bonus
Experience Level:
Intermediate Level
