Your key responsibilities
Perform basic engineering design and generate documents for detail engineering of projects including Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, Instrument Datasheets, Equipment Datasheets, Layout exc.
Perform hydraulics and other calculations for sizing of equipment, vessels, exchangers, relief valves and other miscellaneous engineering calculations, Utility Sizing & Calculations,
Assisting Purchase Team in Freezing Technical Specifications, Defining Scope Matrix & Evaluation of Offers Received from Vendors.
Interact closely with R&D Process Team, Detail Engineering Consultant, Process Safety Experts, E&I and Mechanical services to come up with most advanced design.
Interact closely with external consultants such as Detail Engineering, Fire & Safety designer, Vendors & review Designs, calculations from consultant.
Prepare Automation Document, Interlocks & Perform FAT
Lead & perform commissioning & Water trials & successful handover of the plant to operations & assist in Chemical trials.
Participate in PHA of new Process, Implementation of Recommendations & lead Change management in project.
Project Scope document preparation & lead change management in Project cycle

You bring
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from reputed university
8 to 10 years of experience & knowledge in Process Engineering in Capex Projects & timely delivery of objectives
Experience in Batch Process will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Process Hazard Analysis tools
