We currently have openings for experienced, dependable housekeepers. We are looking for candidates with a track record of excellent service. Our company serves a wide variety of clients, which means your workload may change from day to day. We do, however, have consistent work available for the ideal applicant and we offer competitive wages for the industry. As a member of the Housekeeping team, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for completing as assigned, daily occupied and discharge/transfer cleaning and disinfection ofareas, equipment, and other common areas.
• Performs duties while demonstrating a working knowledge of the health care cleaning and disinfecting principles and requirements. Displays safe chemical use and equipment handling for all items within theenvironment.
• Adheres to all organization safety, risk management and infection control guidelines and standards while promoting a culture of safety.
• Maintains cleaning cart(s), supplies, and equipment, as outlined in the Standard Work cart set up.
• Removes waste and transports to the appropriate disposal area while identifying proper waste stream handlingin accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Follows all infection prevention practices, including but not limited to: proper cleaning and disinfection protocols, hand hygiene, standard and isolation precautions.
• May be asked to perform tasks according to the various facility needs, including but not limited to: conference room set ups, cleaning of stairwells and elevators, and hanging of cubicle curtains.
• Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidates will:

Be at least 18 years of age

Have at least 1 year(s) of recent experience as a Hospital Housekeeper

Fully COVID Vaccinated

Have or willing to get TB screen

Be able to work in fast-paced environment.

Work effectively and professionally with others.

Have excellent verbal communication skills.

Have advanced knowledge of cleaning products, implements and practices.

Have a willingness to maintain confidentiality.

Have a reliable mode of transportation.

Be able to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, holidays and weekends.<
