Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to delegate, schedule, and develop a team of 12 maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Delegate and schedule maintenance tasks for a team of 12 technicians.

  • Develop and mentor maintenance team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems and other industrial equipment.

  • Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs.

  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations.

  • Maintain and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.

  • Supervise welding and 3-phase electrical work as needed.

Essential Skills

  • 3-5 years of mechanical and electrical maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with PLC systems.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with industrial welding.

  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

You will be part of a maintenance department team of 12 within a larger production team of 50 in a manufacturing setting. Steel-toe shoes, long sleeves, and jeans are required. The role offers flexibility to start at 6 AM or 7 AM.
