Erickson Living Renovations and Facilities Coordinator in Dallas, Texas

We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator for our award-winning community. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of activities of the Re-Occupancy Department for assigned neighborhoods, serving as a liaison between Project Manager / Facilities Manager, residents, and staff.

How you will make an impact:

  • Communicate with new residents to explain the operation of each department within the community.

  • Investigate complaints, suggestions, and occurrences.

  • Select outside contractors for projects and supervises their work. Oversees the work of outside contractors

  • Audit all facilities for proper maintenance, repair, and cleanliness; coordinate needed repairs with the appropriate department(s).

  • Conduct surveys on services recently performed for residents and other departments.

  • Provide updated reports of ongoing projects to the Facilities Manager weekly.

  • Coordinates re-occupancies of units in assigned neighborhoods

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years experience with responsibility for facilities management, construction, renovation or similar.

  • Customer service experience preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Ability to function independently.

  • Working knowledge of building systems.

  • Ability to assess resident or other complaints and resolve disputes in a friendly and professional manner.

Compensation: commensurate with experience, $23.00 - $32.00 per hour.
