AT&T Senior Manager of Employee Communications Measurement & Insights in Dallas, Texas

We’re looking for an analytical leader with great communication skills to join our team of internal experts responsible for optimizing how we communicate as a company and brand.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Eye for insights: Extracts and analyzes employee communications performance metrics and survey data to improve processes and strategy.

  • Visual storyteller: Develops reports, charts, tables and other visuals to help business partners understand key trends and findings.

  • Enterprise mindset: Supports analytics and reporting on macro projects spanning the corporation, as well as projects at the initiative-level.

  • Quiz master: Responsible for developing and administering surveys to assess the success of communications efforts and special events.

  • Team player: Works closely with AT&T supervisor, corporate communications colleagues, and partners across the company to accomplish objectives.

  • High standards: Develops and sustains processes and data governance requirements.

  • Trusted partner: Acts as day-to-day point of contact for ad hoc metrics and research requests.

  • Forward thinker: Proactively identifies opportunities to add value and improve existing deliverables.

  • Problem solver: Employs techniques to achieve data synchronization, redundancy elimination, source identification, data reconciliation, and problem root cause analysis.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.

  • Advanced degree and/or relevant certifications, a plus.

Experience:

  • Typically requires 5+ years of relevant experience.

  • Previous experience working on measurement projects in a client-service capacity.

Qualifications:

  • Collaborative attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.

  • Unwavering commitment to data integrity and objective/honest representation of information.

  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in handling of sensitive information.

  • Equally comfortable working on projects as an individual contributor and as part of a team.

  • Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise on data analysis, report building, and business intelligence.

  • Able to effectively translate business needs into measurement recommendations and reports appropriate for an executive audience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels using both technical and non-technical verbiage.

  • Hands-on experience with big data analytics modeling and enterprise-level BI/Data Visualization tools and platforms such as: AWS Azure, Synapse, PowerBI, Tableau, Palantir, Databricks, MSSQL, BigQuery, etc.

  • Familiarity with web APIs and automation/scripting with tools such as Python.

Our Senior Manager of Employee Communications Measurment & Insights, earn between $105,600 - $158,400. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
