Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Maintenance Sales Manager responsible for monitoring, managing, and measuring all sales processes, providing direction for continuous improvement initiatives and meeting or exceeding the region’s business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall sales strategy including integration of sales growth and market share objectives for assigned branches

  • Refine existing programs and develop & lead new ones

  • Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and local operations leaders to identify and help execute strategic goals and objectives

  • Nurture relationships with existing key customers and be responsible to help develop new ones

  • Ongoing coaching, training, and developing sales associates in all areas of the business to meet or exceed sales plans

  • Develop, maintain, and manage a strong relationship with Operating Area leadership including Operating Territory managers, sales managers and functional leaders within the organization

  • Provide direction to continuous improvement initiatives

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience required

  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment

  • Candidate must demonstrate strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

  • Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

  • Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software

  • Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Elevator industry sales experience preferred

  • Sales leadership experience desired

Location:

This position is remote, home-based with the expectation of business travel, 30-40%.
