Controlled Contamination Services LLC Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dallas, Texas
POSITION PURPOSE:
At Controlled Contamination Services, we believe that success stems from the talent we bring on board. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to join our team. Your primary objective will be to leverage strategic sourcing methods, innovative recruitment techniques, and a deep understanding of our organization's needs to build a robust talent pipeline.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online and in person channels
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
Analyze pre-hire assessments
Partner with marketing to assist in managing company profile on social media outlets
Compose offers and answer questions regarding compensation and benefits

Participate in job fairs and host recruitment events
Assist new hires in the onboarding process
All other duties as defined by your supervisor
PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING:
Must demonstrate ability to work without close supervision, produce quality work and handle periodic special projects independently, while maintaining focus and sense of urgency in an environment with interruptions and varied activity.
Must have working knowledge of HR processes and procedures.
Must be able to compose reports, memos, and letters as required.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively work with others.
Must use proper telephone etiquette.
Must have ability to organize and prioritize work within mandatory time frames.
Must maintain utmost level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity of the work in this department.
Must work well under pressure, fast pace, high volume.
Ability to quickly adapt to a new or changing work environment
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or recruiting
1 year experience in recruiting or selling through social media channels preferred
1 year experience using HRIS or ATS
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Paycom ATS knowledge preferred but not required
SKILLS REQUIRED:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist must have and be able to consistently apply the following skills at the levels indicated to produce assigned results.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and ability to proficiently use ATS and LMS
Solid Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Problem Solving Skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft office
