Responsibilities
Talent will be assisting vendors, taking orders, placing orders, obtaining ship dates and shipping confirmation for clients. Not a typical call center customer service position. Talent will be supporting parts and services. Will order parts, invoice work orders and process orders for Technicians. Must have excellent Microsoft Excel experience. This is a Hybrid position requiring three days a week working in the office.
