We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Director of Benefits and Compliance thac can be based out of Dalton OR Chattanooga.. This role is integral to our Client's operations, where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

• Ensure the alignment of benefits programs with company objectives and budgetary considerations.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to optimize benefits offerings and stay competitive in the job market.

• Oversee the administration of all employee benefits programs, including vendor management and contract negotiations.

• Lead the compliance function by ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits and employment practices.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with legal and finance departments to mitigate risks associated with benefits and compliance issues.

• Provide strategic guidance to senior management on benefits strategies and compliance matters.

• Manage a team of benefits and compliance professionals, providing leadership and mentorship, and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Benefit Functions

• Proficient in Compliance regulations and standards

• Experience in Benefits Administration is essential

• Knowledge of Benefits Design strategies and implementation

• Understanding of Insurance Benefits and related policies

• Proficiency in Medical Benefits management

• Extensive experience in HR Compliance

• Ability to lead and manage a diverse team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to strategize and implement HR policies effectively

• Proven track record in a leadership role within the HR function

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field,

• Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus

• Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Decision-making skills

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity
