If you are a skilled Maintenance Mechanic looking for an excellent Direct Hire opportunity, this may be the new job for you! It is very important that the right person is multifaceted to troubleshoot machinery, read electrical diagrams, schematics and work with PLCs. Job Duties: Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor system, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshoot malfunctions. • Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; listening for problems; using precision measuring and testing instruments. • Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. • Fabricates repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
